At HOME YXE – Interior Finishing, customer satisfaction is important to us. Our refund policy is designed to ensure transparency and fairness for all projects and services.

Service Deposits

Project deposits and advance payments may be non-refundable once materials are ordered, project scheduling is confirmed, or work has commenced.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Service was not delivered as agreed
  • Duplicate payment was made
  • Billing error occurred

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Project Cancellations

Customers requesting cancellation before work begins may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to administrative, consultation, and material costs already incurred.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Custom orders
  • Installed materials
  • Completed labor/services
  • Special-order products
